The Terraces project celebrates a collective human connection with the natural environment. Nestled into the Port Moody hillside, the Terraces site is graced with views of the city skyline and the North Shore mountains.

Situated in the city of White Rock, the project proposes a collection of stacked townhomes arranged in a courtyard typology. The site is located directly adjacent a high-rise development, the first of its kind in the neighbourhood which creates an immediate jump in scale and density from the comparatively low-rise, single-family context.

This animated project will provide 83 units of much needed 100% rental housing contained in a very uncomplicated, yet dynamic, 6 storey, rectangular massing.
