From humble beginnings in the early 2000s, Central City Brewers and Distillers quickly became a favourite brewer in B.C.’s exploding microbrewing industry and outgrew its production facilities. We were asked to design a bold, 65,000 square foot brewery and distillery that could both deliver technically and aesthetically.
